Ain’t no money in the heart of CITI
This is TOO MUCH — put an end to charging us for your mistakes & fat bonuses.
Fortunately, I bought my "C" stocks at less than .00 so it now is time to dump them (@.50). If I quit CITI, I’m sure I’m not the only one they drive away ….

Thus I’m downgrading the rating to SELL from HOLD. And given the runup, I think itis overdue for some profit taking :-))

If I bet the farm on the wrong horse — I loose and end up on the street. Hard but only fair.
You gambled with more money than you actually had — and lost. And you still sit in your comfy office chairs !! You should be rotting in hell instead or at least be out on the street.

An interesting read The Size of Derivatives Bubble = 0K Per Person on Planet — apparently no one ever questioned this before :
1,144 trillion dollars in terms of outstanding derivatives,

1. The entire GDP of the US is about USD 14 trillion.

2. The entire US money supply is also about USD 15 trillion.

3. The GDP of the entire world is USD 50 trillion. USD 1,144 trillion is 22 times the GDP of the whole world.

4. The real estate of the entire world is valued at about USD 75 trillion.

5. The world stock and bond markets are valued at about USD 100 trillion.

6. The population of the whole planet is about 6 billion people. So the derivatives market alone represents about USD 190,000 per person on the planet.

This is what I do to banks that abuse their customers !!
I hit them where it hurts them the most by taking away my money :

Whoo Hoo -- I got my money back

Selling their stocks is more of a symbolic act — my volume won’t impress them

Hear hear! I wish I had a Citi card to cut up!

Just wait, I’m sure many other banks will follow soon — before the new law on limiting some of these malpractices takes effect.

I think the population is now around 7 billion, no? Still a lot. I don’t get the whole thing, but we are fucked in the financial way. Probably in every other way, too.

I’ll have to pass this question on to the author of the article :
"DK Matai, Chairman of the ACTA Open"

The hell man? 30%??

I have a card that’s 27.66% or so, and it is siting on a $0 balance right now.

My Amazon card is ~22%, too.

I have one card that’s 8.25% though.

I’m upset because previously they didn’t charge anything when I paid in full & on time. Which I always do.
Usually this card only gets charged for my internet service — I don’t use it much so I’m not sure when it changed — but now they charge me even xx% APR even BEFORE the billing / due date. For a small internet bill, it is just a few pennies extra. Multiply this by hundreds of millions of cards and you can make a good living of that. Not to mention, the 3% they take away from my ISP …

And today they send my the notification about a further increase in their APR !! Damned bloodsuckers !!

Attention everyone !

Hi, I’m an admin for a group called Exquisite, and we’d love to have this added to the group!

My response to their rate hike :

Burning taxpayer & shareholder money -- "No Hassle"
